Shailee recognized a growing shift: experienced leaders, who had spent decades in the corporate sector were choosing to go independent in order to engage in purpose-driven work without the constraints of traditional full-time roles. However, this transition also required them to learn how to navigate new challenges, including how to seek opportunities. Curated Leaders was created to connect seasoned independent professionals to support each other and connect them to opportunities where organizations benefit from this level of expertise in ways that are practical, flexible, and sustainable.
